Losing loyal customers
I've been using this brand since 2021. The cost of the product has spiked over the years, which made sense at first, because everything has gone up in price, but now they've rebranded by changing their harder plastic/glass packaging with easy to read lables to a softer plastic and more colorful packaging that is just a eyesore. The worst part is that they're making the bottle smaller while charging the same price. I will be looking elsewhere for a similar product, because that's despicable.

I am not a big fan of this new packaging. I want a product that works, not interested in fanciful colors. This product cost me the same but less product in bottle. Not fair to faithful customers. You can keep your colorful packaging, I prefer a product that works in sensible packaging that offers the product in optimum quantity. Also, other products changing from glass jars to colorful plastic jars is a big disappointment. These are doing products, many for the face. Why would you choose a plastic container that can seep into product vs. glass ? I am an adult that wants good great product, not a child that wants to be dazzled by color.

I have struggled for years with my skin. I developed eczema around my eye area. I tired EVERYTHING on the market. My sister actually recommended the DERMA-E line of products but specifically collagen serum. I tried it and within a few days I noticed a difference. My skin was supple and fresh. It got rid of my eczema completely!! I haven't used anything else and will never use anything but this!!! Amazing product and definitely a skin saver!!!
