Terrible Customer Service & Outdated Formula
The ingredients listed on the website are different than what I received with my product. The website lists Retinol and Bakuchiol in the ingredients, however the cream I received has Retinyl Palmate (instead of Retinol) and no Bakuchiol. Changed the formula, not worth purchasing anymore

Used this for four years and it was amazing. Never thought about changing and would share with others how much I loved it. Did my normal reorder and I should have known right away that something was off from the slightly different packaging. Once it was open it was quickly apparent that the texture, color, and smell of the product was not the same. It no longer absorbed into my skin but created a filmy slightly sticky layer that would pick up fine dust so then my skin feels grainy. So disappointing. Now just an average product in its category and price point when before it was a standout and a no brainer to choose over and over.
Reformulation is awful

I used this product as a night cream for 3 years and loved it. The reformulation is awful. I noticed when they reformulated because the texture was far thicker and stung when I put it on. After a week of use, my eyelids became extremely irritated, red, and swollen (even though I didn't put the product anywhere on my eye). I was having an allergic reaction to the new formula, which has never happened to me with ANY product before. I'm sad to lose this as a staple in my skincare.

new formula is different color and burns! I was not told this was not the same product, went on the brands website to discover the changes. I cannot waste money like this! this was a beloved product for years, but not anymore!!!!
