The Vitamin C derivative we use, sodium ascorbyl phosphate is incredibly effective at lower levels whereas other serums have to use upwards of 10% to get the same results. We also use Niacinamide at 2%, + Alpha Arbutin at .03%. and Tranexamic Acid at .01%Was this answer helpful to you

Is there supposed to be a tube or something connected to the pump to get the product to come through? I can't imagine being able to get the product out of the bottle with nothing connected to the pump top to bring the product put of the bottom of the bottle. Am I missing something?

- Official Answer By Bubble - Brand EngageOur products use an airless pump without the typical straw you see inside. Unlike bottles with an internal straw, an airless pump bottle works on a vacuum. As you pump the product, a disk at the bottom of the bottle slowly moves up (the vacuum effect) allowing the serum to stay in contact with the mechanism! The serum is GREAT if you're a beginner, but only somewhat decent if you're experienced. Not like a regular serum
This did nothing for my skin. I am always looking for good vitamic c serums to help discoloration and spots from acne when i was little and the one i use to get at ulta became very sticky and changed their formula but this one is a no from me. Ive seen some of their products get decent reviews but there is Not much product is in the bottle and it doesnt do anything.
I love this but…
I really do love this product, but when you run out it can be hard to open the bottle. Coming from a girly who loves using every last drop of my products, the overall design is not my favorite. This is my all time favorite product, it made my skin so glowing and bright! I will definitely be buying again!
Wanted to love it…
I wanted to love this product, but unfortunately it caused a bad reaction on my skin. After just a few uses, I broke out and developed a rash that was so irritating I had to see a dermatologist for treatment. I haven't had this kind of reaction with other products, so I was really disappointed. Definitely wouldn't recommend for sensitive skin.
