I have curly hair, and I use this bonnet when I straighten my hair. It does help prevent the frizz that develops on the underside of my hair at night, but it causes some friction-induced frizziness around my hairline. This bonnet causes frequent headaches due to the fact that it needs to be tied around my head. This bonnet also slides off of my head easily during sleep. When this bonnet does stay on through the night my curls look nice with minimum frizz

I've tried countless bonnets but none that I've tried stay on my head until I found this one! You barely notice it's even there through the night and it's super comfortable to sleep in!
