Post cleansing, prime the skin with your favorite UBC primer. Next, apply powder. For lighter coverage, apply using dry sponge applicator (included) or Ulta Beauty Collection's Large Powder Foundation Brush #142. Use a damp beauty sponge for creamier, more full coverage.

Pleasantly surprised
I just needed a powder foundation for summertime when I am doing errands or going to the gym. Nothing crazy, but enough to smooth out my skin and cover any imperfections. This does remarkably well and i will definitely be buying again!
Great product; troublesome container
The powder itself is great! Lightweight and still provides good coverage. BUT the container is difficult to use. Getting it to open to the powder compartment rather than the sponge compartment is tricky. I'll likely have to rig the container somehow.

The Covergirl foundation I wore for 20 years was discontinued and I tried this as a replacement. I didn't get a good shade match at the store, so the shade I got looked orange on me. It was cakey and became splotchy and creased around my nose after less than an hour. I tried it with and without primer underneath. It had decent coverage, so I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.
Love & Frustration
I use this as a light topper over my tinted moisturizer.I love it, but every single compact, I've had (about 5) crumbles into small pieces at about the halfway point. I hope Ulta can fix this situation because it is a waste of money & frustrating.
Great powder but breaks easily
I'm on my second powder & it just broke today even though there's probably 70% of the product still left. The first one broke the same way & i couldn't use it since it just starts to crumble & get super messy so I'm afraid this will happen again. The powder itself is great, provides great coverage, & makes my skin look nice. doesn't look cakey also. But it just feels so wasteful to keep repurchasing something that should last me for many more months.
