Post cleansing, prime the skin with your favorite UBC primer. Next, apply powder. For lighter coverage, apply using dry sponge applicator (included) or Ulta Beauty Collection's Large Powder Foundation Brush #142. Use a damp beauty sponge for creamier, more full coverage.
