Step 1: Scoop out a dime-sized amount of makeup melting balm with the included spatula and massage onto dry skin.
Step 2: Moisten fingertips and continue to massage into the skin using circular motions. For makeup removal, apply all over carefully ensuring eyes are closed and watch your makeup melt away!
Step 3: Rinse with water or remove with a warm damp cleansing cloth.

Step 4: Use the Keep Your Balance Toner to remove any remaining impurities.

There's better
A little goes a long way, but you could get a better cleansing balm from a Korean or Japanese skincare brand for the same price or less. There's not a lot in the container. It did its job just fine but I wouldn't repurchase it.
Works but hurts
Does a great job of removing my makeup. Simple and easy to use. But oh my god do NOT get it in your eyes, or if I remove my eye makeup with this my eyes will be stinging and watery for half an hour. Also leaves a weird film, and this is when I try my hardest to keep my eyes shut when washing them.

This is one of my favorite products from ELF. It helps remove all of my makeup, even my mascara!
