Works Well
ok, let me first say that I didn't want to like this stuff! HOWEVER,,,it does work nicely. I have had a dry flaky scalp for 20 years and this stuff cures it in one wash. I hated the smell in the bottle and in the shower,,,HOWEVER the smell changes once your hair dries and it does smell great duri...

Hair loss and scalp acne
It was validating (yet disturbing) to discover others experienced the same problem with this shampoo. I started with the Lavender Mint, because I loved it when my salon used it on me. My hair started falling out, but as I was changing thyroid meds at the time, I did not associate it with the shampoo...

Bring back the old formula!!!!
We have been using the shampoo well over a decade. New formula does not leave your hair as clean feeling nor does it have the same tingle. I found an old bottle of the formula and it is night and day. Pleeeease bring the OG back!
Best Dandruff shampoo
I bought this after somone recommended on Instagram and was skeptical but gave it a try in the travel size. Not only did it clean my scalp so good it did not strip it in a bad way. My hair was not super dry or hard/rough. Smells good and cleans the scalp good and tingles it feels so good. I bought the big bottle! Using it on my son's scalp as well. I use it once a week and I do not see dandruff like I did before! Major difference. Works better than the medicated shampoos.
The clear pump has been terrible
The shampoo is great for a deeper cleanse. I like the scent. It's pricy so I don't buy it all the time. The clear pump has been terrible and leaks shampoo. I would not buy this bottle again.
Still a Great Shampoo
My husband has used the tea tree shampoo for as long as it has been available. He originally used it as he had recurrent inflammation and the tea tree resolved it. Occasionally we have tried others only to return to this shampoo. It has an extra clean scent and the astringent properties of the tea tree do not result in him having a dry scalp.
Great for a hot summer day!
I actually only use this shampoo and conditioner during the summer. After all hot, sweaty terrible day it feels real good to hop into a cold shower and slather this all over my scalp. It makes it tingly and happy. I kind of feel like it dries out my hair a little, but then I put the conditioner on and it just smooths and soothes the hair right down. Very refreshing now that our summers are hotter and hotter.

Why is Turpentine a listed ingredient???
- Asked by Jay
- Official Answer By Paul Mitchell - Brand EngageOur products are all reviewed by a safety assessor as we use safe and effective ingredients; the surfactants are appropriate for the intended performance of a given product; turpentine oil has always been in the Tea Tree fragrance at very low levels as it is a naturally occurring fragrance component that provides a fresh balsamic warm pine note and the colorants also used at very low levels give the product its appealing soft green appearance. Was this answer helpful to you
