I hated the smell in the bottle and in the shower,,,HOWEVER the smell changes once your hair dries and it does smell great duri...

It was validating (yet disturbing) to discover others experienced the same problem with this shampoo. I started with the Lavender Mint, because I loved it when my salon used it on me. My hair started falling out, but as I was changing thyroid meds at the time, I did not associate it with the shampoo...

Where's the moisture?

I almost NEVER leave 1 star reviews because i always try to find something positive about a product. But for how much this item was, it was a HUGE let down. I am always on the hunt for a good conditioner, and after reading the reviews this seemed promising. However, it did absolutely nothing to my hair. If anything it feels more dry than before, and weighs down my hair. Even my boyfriend said this conditioner is a disaster (he said Aussie is better than this). Do not waste your money on this product.

So Nice

I've started using this shampoo as a middle ground between my protein shampoo days and moisturizing shampoo days. Not only is it a nice middle ground, but it the minty tingle is wonderful as well! I've been feeling more congested recently and this shampoo helped clear it up temporarily (perhaps better than Vicks). I can't wait until summer comes around and my scalp is oily and hot so I can use this shampoo to cool down! I haven't noticed any harm to my hair, but I haven't really noticed a benefit. It's just a reliable cleanser to me.
