Does nothing but flake!!!
Just tried this new mascara and was not impressed at all. My lashes are fairly long on their own but this actually made them look shorter. The formula went on with lots of little black clumps, which in turn just flaked off, and that was before i even left the house. Definitely not a keeper!!!

The formula itself is thick and on the drier side. Also had alot of fallout/flakes.
The worst mascara I've ever used
I don't understand how a company that makes some of the best concealer I've ever used can also make the worst mascara I've ever tried. I wanted so badly to like this product, but there was no way to make it work. When I put it on it looked really nice in the mirror so I went about my day. I went to go visit my mother and when I walked in the door she gasped and started asking me if I was okay and wanted to know what happened to me. When I asked her what she was talking about she said I had two black eyes! I did everything possible to prevent it from smearing under my eyes but absolutely nothing worked. I tried lash primer, different setting powders, setting sprays, brushed through my lashes with a lash comb to get extra product off.... no matter what after about an hour it would look like I went a couple rounds with Mike Tyson. I thought about giving it away but there was nobody I hated that much, so in the trash it went.

Dry and clumpy
I bought this to replace a mascara that I was running out of and it was actually worse quality than the one I had that I bought from the drugstore, it clumped my lashes so badly as if it had been drying out. Very disappointing and it's too late for me to return.
Not the same mascara.
I've been using this mascara for many years. I recently bought this mascara and noticed it wasn't the same. I contacted IT customer service to ask if the formula was changed and they said YES! I was afraid this would happen. Not buying this mascara until they put the original ingredients back! Ladies, contact IT and demand they make the original mascara!
