Pour onto cotton pad until fully saturated. Gently wipe pad across face to cleanse and remove face makeup. To remove eye makeup, hold pad over closed eyelids for a few seconds, then gently wipe away. Use daily. No need to rinse. Try with reusable Garnier Micellar Eco Pads.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

I have been using this for years. I have tried all their variations and I have chosen this one to stick with. It gets the makeup off quite well. It cleans my skin and does not cause any skin reactions or issues. I will continue to purchase!
I use as step 1 for double cleanse
I know the instructions say You're supposed to use cotton and press onto the face then wipe, but I just pour it into my hands and then rub it all over my face like an essence. Then I use an oil to foam cleanser. I had used the hyaluronic acid formula before and I liked it well enough, but I decided to try vitamin c formula this time. I think the skin feels smoother with this formula, but it doesn't really make a difference because I wash it all off with the second step cleanser. I would probably purchase again.
Garner Micellar Cleansing Water w/Vit C
Garnier Micellar Cleansing with Vitamin C works. I put it on a cotton ball to take off makeup - it takes several cotton balls, but it works. It cleans thoroughly and doesnt sting. My face feels clean and refreshed and the added Vitamin C is an extra bonus.
