I've been using this products for about 3 weeks and it was great. My face never felt cleaner. But then all of a sudden my face started to break out. I've never had a problem with acne, and now I think I have about 14 pimples that just surfaced over a period of 2 days. Is this normal?

how should I use the product? The packaging says to moisten face before but then the make up still doesn't come off at all. When I use it without moistening, it feels like it doesn't rinse off well because if I scratch my face I can see the cream still on my face.

Does not clean your skin
This product has given me the worst acne breakouts of my life. I've washed my face for the past 12 years day and night with different cleansers throughout the years. Gentle and nourishing
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Very gentle, but effective formula for cleansing skin and removing makeup. Has a milky, lotion like consistency and feels fairly weightless on the skin. No strong scent. Only thing I would change is the feeling of product after rinsing. Might not be a concern for all, but I prefer to feel no remaining residue, even smooth or silky residue, after rinsing.
Just okay, doesn't deep clean
This product is a gentle cleanser that is meant for regular to dry skin types. It claims to clean the skin, remove makeup, and leave skin feeling moisturized. After using this cleanser, I will say that my face does not feel dry, however, I don't think it is sufficient at removing makeup. Several times after washing I noticed residue and makeup on my towel. This is after using regular, minimal foundation, not dark pigmented makeup. I also feel like my skin feels oily. I usually have normal to dry skin. For these reasons, I would not purchase this product.
I would buy again
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I have very sensitive skin and this is one of the better cleansers I have ever tried. I like to wash off everything using the product and then follow up with my regular face wash and moisturizer. I haven't had major breakouts since trying it out. It doesn't have any kind of smell which I love. It's smooth and easy to was off.
Soft skin
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I did like that the packaging of it is nice & simple. It does not have an odor on it & I do not feel it made me breakout, did leave my skin soft & I have sensitive skin. However I'm not sure if I need to use warmer water with the product as it felt greasy & harder to rinse off with cooler temp water. It did help to remove some of my makeup but will continue to test my personal theory on it.

I didn't experience any breakouts or skin aversions and the fragrance was very slight. Normal packaging and great coverage.
