Not true rosehip oil

By Sarandipity885

Pros

  • Absorbs Quickly
  • Not Greasy

Cons

  • Not Long-Lasting

Best Uses

Comments about Mario Badescu Rose Hip Nourishing Oil:

This is not true rosehip oil. Shame on me for not reading the ingredients first. Rosehip oil itself is the fifth ingredient on here, and is more water than oil. Wish I'd skipped this and just gotten 100% rosehip oil instead. This stuff isn't bad, but its also nothing special either--totally ignorable.

Comments about Mario Badescu Rose Hip Nourishing Oil:

... really, Mario Badescu? I expected better from this brand. Parabens, you have got to be kidding. I love the application of this product, and intend to use it up, but sadly won't buy again because of the parabens in the ingredients. For anyone who doesn't know paraben absorption into the skin has been correlated to breast cancer. While it's not 100% supported by the research, I would rather not take any chances.

Comments about Mario Badescu Rose Hip Nourishing Oil:

I have very dry and dehydrated skin and after adding this to my skincare routine my skin has started becoming normal again, no more dry patches! Also the vitamin C that's present in this is very good for your skin.

Comments about Mario Badescu Rose Hip Nourishing Oil:

I struggle with dry, flaky skin in the winter, and everything I've used before has only improved the dryness, but did not the flaky patches. I read online that rose hip oil would do the job, so I decided to give it a shot. So happy I did- I've only been using this for about a week and my skin is so much more moisturized. After only the second time using it I noticed my flaky patches were gone. This stuff is really great to use before a moisturizer! I love this stuff!

Comments about Mario Badescu Rose Hip Nourishing Oil:

I have horrible hormonal acne. In currently treating it with a pretty aggressive topical that leaves me normally oily skin dry and flaky. Since adding this to my clinique moisturizer my skin has been smooth, soft, and hydrated. No flakes. I also think it helps a lot with texture and uneven tone. Will use forever now.

This products is amazing! I used it on my forehead this past winter because it was flaky and dry and I no longer need to put anything on my forehead. I don't even use the product anymore. I am starting to use it on my scalp because I have scalp psoriasis and it is clearing out my flakiness there too. I definitely recommend this. I hate putting lotions or oils on my skin but this is so smooth and dries so fast but keeps your skin quenched. It amazing!!!

Our Rose Hips Nourishing Oil is a lightweight oil that will help reduce surface dehydration and flakiness. If you are unable to use oils in your skin care routine this product may not be for you.
We believe that it is virtually impossible to guarantee that a skin care product will not cause blocked pores in every individual and have opted as a company to not make any non-comedogenic claims.

Rose Hips Nourishing Oil is designed to be a lightweight facial oil. The consistency is thinner than some other facial oils and is designed to be absorbed into the skin so it can be layered with other products or used during the day to add extra moisture to dry patches.
