Apply a thin layer to clean skin.
Gently massage in a circular motion with wet fingertips to polish with micro-polishing Aluminum Oxide Crystals.
Leave on for 3 to 7 minutes depending on skin sensitivity and let the AHAs and enzymes work.
Rinse thoroughly. Use 1 or 2 times a week.

I have repurchased this at least 4 times now: there's nothing else like it. Physical and chemical exfoliation-I desperately need both because I get clogged pores and flakes that a chemical formula just can't help. If you have sensitive skin, this might not be a good option-but if you reallllllly need a scrub-this is the one .

I enjoyed this and liked how my skin looked when using it. This is one I'm wanting to rebuy even though it costs more than some. It was not harsh or irritating but I don't have sensitive skin.
