Right out of the shower, towel dry your hair. Immediately, while hair is still completely wet, apply 5-10 sprays all over your hair. This is weightless when applied to freshly washed hair, so don't be afraid. Blow dry or air dry as desired.

Does this product also provide heat protection?

The Weightless Shine Leave-In Conditioner is perfect to detangle and add shine but it does not have heat protection. For thermal protection up to 450 degrees we recommend using the Kristin Ess Hair Style Assist Blow Dry Mist before heat styling.Was this answer helpful to you

Hair Type Wavy Hair
Hair type: 2A mixed with 2B, fine/medium strands, medium fullness, frizzy, low porosity. This is the ONLY leave in conditioner to work for me. I even bedazzled the bottle lol. I've gone through 2 bottles going on to my third and It's amazing for my hair, Holy Grail status. I went through so many leave in conditioners and in the end I came back to this one, I would even say it could be a dupe for a more expensive brand that I tested both together and got similar results but with the Kristen ess leave in providing better texture to my waves. Provides the perfect amount of moisture leaving my hair soft and silky, it's lightweight so it doesn't weigh my hair down. I found that for best results it has to be applied with my hair soaking wet/just wet. The only con I will give is it doesn't have heat protectant. PLEASE DON'T CHANGE THE FORMULA.
My Go-To!
I'm not a person who gets married to any specific product. I feel variety is the spice of life, especially where beauty is concerned. That being said, I'm about to repurchase this for the 3rd time. It's a tremendous product that offers grest bang for your buck and really delivers on all its promises. My hair always smells amazing when I add this in after a shower. Idk what I would do if they stopped making this! The only recommendation for use I have is that the moisture level may be too light for winter in places necessitating central heating. In that case, I just add a hydrating air-dry cream on top of this product, and I'm golden!

This product was suggested by a salesclerk and I am so thankful to her. She recommended it because she uses it herself. It is very light on my fine hair. It detangles my hair but doesn't weigh it down. Style or no style it looks really nice and feels exceptional.
Makes the hair sticky
Its great for detangling but it makes the hair sticky. I put it in, detangled my hair, let it dry, made the mistake of trying to French braid and ended up with a goofball sized knot that I ended up having to cut out. Don't try to use this if you have plans for styling your hair.
