Not color safe
I used the biotin shampoo and conditioner bars and liked them. A bit of haircolor pull but not bad. Decided to get the liquid. It totalled pulled all my color. Immediately too. Went from medium brown to a orangey reddish brown. It's a good product for those with natural hair color.

The Kitsch Biotin Rosemary shampoo is very nice. My hair is normally dry and frizzy. It seemed to make my hair soft and eliminate the frizz. As I'm aging, my hair is thinner. This shampoo does make my hair appear fuller. The smell is very nice.

I was so excited to try this & the conditioner. Tried it today - too soft, no bounce, no volume - limp and lifeless. I will give it another shot next time I wash my hair, but so far - no thank you. May end up returning for a refund.
Bottle on this & conditioner is insanely hard to open!

The shampoo & conditioner are okay. The packaging/bottles are so hard to open I nearly returned them. Kitsch needs make them more "user friendly". I actually hurt my back open them. Just pressing on the circle? No - it takes power to open them!!

Fine wavy hair needed something to help with itchy scalp without drying it out but also help with volume, shedding and any natural damage. I think I found it! I so recommend!
