I bought this shampoo with high hopes of getting a great cleanse and volume. also, hoping that my hair won't get oily quickly. I did get some volume but my hair gets really much quicker and also it has caused me to have dry flaky dandruff and white mushy dandruff. and it feels like there's some kind of sticky coating on my hair at the scalp. and yes I do rinse my hair really well. Maybe the surfactant needs to be a little stronger to get cleansing qualities. the scent is very light and pleasant, it lathers extremely well, and rinse is very easily. I think I may be out of the time window to send it back. I'm hoping that they will tweak the shampoo a little.

Devoted Aveda user here. I ran out of my tried and true, and missed the sale at my salon. Lots of online "research" and reccs led me to this brand, and I'm pleased with the product, price point, and most importantly results. My hair is clean, not stripped, soft, not flat, and the shampoo smells good to me. (The smell is distinct and moderately strong, reminiscent of incense.) Will buy again.

I like the shampoo and conditioner, when I can get them out of the bottle. I have to wonder if anyone has actually used this. The narrow, rectangular design makes the bottle hard to hold and nearly impossible to squeeze, as the corners are so thick. The slight tilt of the opening prevents gravity from helping much. I can usually get enough shampoo out but can never get enough conditioner to make it worth the effort. The non removable cap makes this even worse.

I've been using Rosemary & Biotin Volumizing Shampoo for a month, and although it makes my hair soft, it's done nothing noticeable to volumize my hair. I'm probably going to return it, as I'm still within 90 days of placing my order. I know what it feels like to notice volume in your hair after only one use; it happened to me using John Frieda products, but, unfortunately not with kitsch. I had high hopes and expectations that it would because I really like the scent.
