Will this product stain fair skin with an orange hue after oxidizing on the skin overnight?
- Asked by Pam D
- Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand EngageHi there! To avoid orange staining, please ensure you apply no more than a pea sized amount of product. We recommend applying Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2% as the last step in your PM regimen at least one hour before bedtime to ensure the product has fully absorbed into the skin. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
How do I avoid the product pilling on my skin? It acts like an exfoliant right away, but come to find out, that's the product producing little balls all over my face, not dead skin. Do I use the product on dry skin vs wet skin or vice versa?
- Asked by Bamalynn
- Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand EngageIt sounds like you may be applying too much product! Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2% offers a 23% powder content so a very small amount should be used. We suggest applying VC 23% as the final step of your PM routine to begin, and we always recommend allowing all product to absorb before applying next steps. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you

Awful texture
I am not sure of the effect of this product as it doesn't seem to absorb due to its poor formulation. Let me start with the beginning: Very runny, drips everywhere if you aren't careful. I can get passed that. Grainy when comes in contact with skin, feels like sandpaper. I understand this is due ...

It burns
Wanted to try this, but it burned my skin immediately on application. Washed it off right away.

This is my trusty glow up product, I only use it once a week or once every two weeks so this bottle can last me a long time. I fully recommend to anyone who doesn't only want to use retinol.
Do not buy!!
I do not classify myself as having sensitive skin, it's rare that anything I use causes the reaction I had after using this. I'm a licensed esthetician in multiple states in the US and have recommend this brand to so many people. but this product is AWFUL. The smell alone made me dislike it at first. Then the sand like texture. If that wasn't enough, once I applied it, my face almost instantly turned red and started to burn. Unfortunately, I also applied it to my neck and I'm pretty sure I'll have a chemical burn there in the morning. I read what to avoid when using this and therefore only applied it to a clean, dry face. I only had it on for a few minutes before I had to wash it off and
