I had the regular (plug in) iron for over ten years, and I loved it. I like the design of this new model, and the fact t hat you can take it with you in your purse, however, for some reason I don't get the same results. I have a lot of hair, and one charge is not enough to do my full hair, I have to charge it twice. I will be replacing it.

I purchased this for an upcoming trip and want to pack light. Only tried is once, but it seems to do the trick. Works great! Reviews have said it pulls your hair but I do not see that. If comparing to the dyson I feel like more than likely this one is definitely comparable and half the cost. Dyson reviews claim pulling on your hair. But my only complaint would be charge does not last long and you can plug up in between doing your hair but would be better if had a base to put on to charge in between like the dyson. It would be better if you had both the base and able to plug up. You can not charge it and use it either. I have medium length semi thick hair and it does last for me but it's close. I love that you can charge up and take on the go though!
