Kristin Ess Hair Ultra Rich Softening Shampoo is a gently clarifying, sulfate-free shampoo formulated to remove the heavy feeling that often comes along with excess oils and buildup. It's important to cleanse well before applying a treatment mask so be sure to lather, rinse + repeat if you need!

On wet hair, start with a quarter-sized amount and add more as needed to create a rich lather. Massage it in at the scalp, then work it all the way through to the ends. Rinse well and follow with the Ultra Lightweight Softening Conditioner.
Tip: Massage it into the back of your head, too! Most people forget that spot and it helps when trying to achieve body + movement.

Didn't work for me
This product smells amazing but unfortunately it didn't work for me. After the second wash I noticed lots of hair fall and thought it was something else but it was the shampoo and conditioner. My hair was falling in clumps everytime I would washed it. Had to return the products and now im looking for something to recover the hair I've lost.
