I have very sensitive skin and kept having pimples. Went to a pharmacy in France and the pharmacist told me: don't use water, you have a sensitive skin! Buy this. Never looked back in 10 years! I have no more pimples and my skin is perfect- still sensitive!

This is the best face cleanser I've used!! I bought the hypersensitive kit and this was my favorite product in it! I have very sensitive redness-prone skin and this cleanser seems to even calm down my redness. It doesn't dry out skin at all and sometimes I don't even feel like using moisturizer after using it because my skin feels SO nice and hydrated. I will say it doesn't clean makeup off that well but I easily use micellar water before this cleanser and this product removes any remnants, plus provides that extra hydration after cleansing off makeup. my facial redness has improved a lot because i simplified my routine to just this and occasionally xeracalm moisturizer. also it lasts a LONG time - a little goes a long way! the itty bitty bottle from the kit lasted me like 3 months :)

I've been having a hard time with my skin drying out after washing it. I felt like moisturizer getting past the 1st layer of skin. After using this cleanser my skin is so soft and renewed!
Not for sensitive skin sadly
I bought this today at the store and i got it because it say it is extremely gentle and for sensitive reactive skin. But when i washed my face with it, my skin was all red everywhere..i was very surprised! I wouldn't recommend if you are really sensitive or have sensitive skin! But that is just my experience with this.

My skin is clean *and* moisturized after using, which is awesome, and I haven't needed as much other products afterward to restore and protect my skin barrier like I would with other face washes that make my skin tight, dry, flaky, and itchy after using them. I have very sensitive and reactive skin, it dries out very easily. This wash is lovely. It does not claim to be a makeup remover, so I wouldn't expect it to remove heavy eye makeup or foundation very easily. But I almost never wear make up on my skin, and I use an eye makeup remover, specifically, for that. Also, this product is fragrance free which is essential for sensitive and reactive skin. I almost sent it back after the first use, I'm glad I figured out to apply to a damp face, because I really love it.
