Love this. It took me a couple uses to adjust to it, as I've never used a cleanser like it before. It's like a thin lotion. I dampen my face before using it, and I do use a damp cloth to gently wipe off what remains after washing my face. My skin is clean *and* moisturized after using, which is awes...

The only thing that didnt make my face burn
I'm pretty sure that i damaged my skin barrier completely by constantly trying new skin care products ugh... It got to the point that it looked like i had hives all over my face from how irritated my skin got after cleansing with my usual daily cleanser. I switched out to the sensitive cleansers from cetaphil to cerave and neither worked even vanicream that is said to be for extremely sensitive skin burned. Then i was recommended this one and it really is the only thing that helped my skin T_T It is light enough to not irritate my face but also leaves it quite soft after using i would definitely recommend. Now i just need to find a good moisturizer... I have combination skin btw but now its leaning more to dry

I have very sensitive skin and kept having pimples. Went to a pharmacy in France and the pharmacist told me: don't use water, you have a sensitive skin! Buy this. Never looked back in 10 years! I have no more pimples and my skin is perfect- still sensitive!

This is the best face cleanser I've used!! I bought the hypersensitive kit and this was my favorite product in it! I have very sensitive redness-prone skin and this cleanser seems to even calm down my redness. It doesn't dry out skin at all and sometimes I don't even feel like using moisturizer after using it because my skin feels SO nice and hydrated. I will say it doesn't clean makeup off that well but I easily use micellar water before this cleanser and this product removes any remnants, plus provides that extra hydration after cleansing off makeup. my facial redness has improved a lot because i simplified my routine to just this and occasionally xeracalm moisturizer. also it lasts a LONG time - a little goes a long way! the itty bitty bottle from the kit lasted me like 3 months :)

I've been having a hard time with my skin drying out after washing it. I felt like moisturizer getting past the 1st layer of skin. After using this cleanser my skin is so soft and renewed!
Not for sensitive skin sadly
I bought this today at the store and i got it because it say it is extremely gentle and for sensitive reactive skin. But when i washed my face with it, my skin was all red everywhere..i was very surprised! I wouldn't recommend if you are really sensitive or have sensitive skin! But that is just my experience with this.
