⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Pleasantly Surprised and So Happy

I'll admit, I was skeptical at first. I've never colored my own hair before — my highlights are usually done by a professional salon color specialist. But lately I've been looking for a more economical option, so I decided to try Clairol Root Touch-Up as a little experiment. I'm so excited to repor...

    Not worth the money

I have been buying Root Touch Up Medium Blond #8 for years. However, the quality of the product has declined. I get my roots professionally touched up every 6 weeks and use the Clairol Touch Up half way through at 3 weeks. The product used to hold the color until my salon appointment but not anymo...

    Does the job

I needed something to hide grays ibetween coloring hair. Does the job. Could use a bigger brush along with little one suppled. Colors are hard to come by, so it might be disconcerting?

I have a couple of grey hairs in the front of my hairline so sometimes I like to touch them up in between dyes. I wanted to try the root powder since the spray can be messy. This is a great root powder but you really need to get the powder on the brush for it to apply well to your hair.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Not the best, but good for the price.

I was looking for a less expensive version of powdered root cover. I have dark blonde/light brown hair, this light brown was definitely too dark. It went on a little heavy, but it did stay. If they had a lighter color, I would rate it higher, especially for the price.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Decent coverage without needing much product, better than other popular products and more reasonable price. Will buy again.

    Q
is it safe for pregnant woman to use this product?
    Asked by ram
Verified Reply - Brand ExpertHello! Yes, extensive testing has shown it is safe for women to use hair colorants when they are pregnant or breast-feeding. If you color your hair and have safely used hair colorants before, there is no scientifically established reason for you to stop coloring your hair during pregnancy, provided you always follow the usage instructions. However, if you are concerned about using a hair colorant during pregnancy, for whatever reasons, we encourage you to consult with your doctor or any other trusted health advisor for further advice. Keep in mind, hormonal changes can change your hair type and texture, which might affect the results of coloring. So always carry out an allergy alert test and strand test, at least 48 hours before every application, even if you have used the same color before. We also recommend that you prepare and use the product in a well-ventilated area or room. We wish you many congratulations! :)Was this answer helpful to you

    Q
Can root touch up be be used on "hot roots?" and how can I be assured it will not lighten my roots any further given the formula is permanent? Permanent hair dye in dark brown causes me to get "hot roots". That is why I am asking this question.

is this for a single use or can be used multiple times after you open the cap?
    Asked by Mahita
Verified Reply - Brand ExpertHi Mahita! This is recommended to truly be a one time use product due to the complexities of measuring out the exact right amount of color and developer to get the correct result for multiple uses. I hope this is helpful! Was this answer helpful to you
