It was validating (yet disturbing) to discover others experienced the same problem with this shampoo. I started with the Lavender Mint, because I loved it when my salon used it on me. My hair started falling out, but as I was changing thyroid meds at the time, I did not associate it with the shampoo...

Great Product
Love this product and what it does for my hair!
I love the tea tree line but…
I started using the tea tree line after my stylist said it would help with my scalp psoriasis. I had just dyed my hair back brown so I first used the Tea Tree Special Color line (love love love). I just recently bleached my hair again & as I ran out of the speical color, I switched to regular Tea Tree Special. The shampoo is amazing, but this conditioner smells absolutely terrible. It has no tea tree scent, it almost smells rancid. The Tea Tree Special Color conditioner smelled amazing, but I'm almost tempted to just toss the whole bottle.
I will buy this again!!
