It provided itch relief for a dry scalp for less than 24 hours. My hair was dry after using. I had hoped for a deeply moisturizing product. The microbeads were still on my scalp after heavily rinsing and they're bad for the environment. Liked the smell and the cooling sensation but it didn't provide lasting benefit or relief and is drying

This was very good for my hair loved it but it is a bit pricey
Hard to make contact with the scalp.
If you can actually get this on your scalp, it feels really cooling. But the formula is really thick. I wish it had a long skinny applicator that would make it easier to target the scalp (like the living proof dry scalp treatment.)
It didn't work
I feel like this really didnt do anything. Other scalp masks and products I have tried have worked much better for the issues it claims to help. I was really hoping it would be soothing but it wasnt. Yeah it smelled good…But it gave me hives. That was just my experience but I recommend looking for a different product and save your money on this.
