Prior to shampooing apply to wet scalp and buff in circular motions to gently exfoliate. Rinse. Follow with your preferred shampoo and conditioner. Use once a week or as needed.

Soothing and refreshing
Nice salt scrub, makes my scalp feel very clean and fresh. A small amount lathers really well. I prefer this scrub to comparable ones from brands that cost a lot more. Works well with the Tea Tree Lavender & Mint conditioner, similar scents, very pleasant.

The most important thing for me that deters me away from this product is it made my hair shed like crazy!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!! Makes My Hair Feel Clean & Soft

I tried this product because it was recommended by another person, and I absolutely love it! It cleans my hair, exfoliates my scalp, and washes out easily. It does foam as it states, and isn't like a salt scrub would be. When I wash it out, and use my shampoo and conditioner it is always so clean and soft, and looks amazing! I use it once a week now. I'm most likely going to try the rinse too because I am in love with this product and that one should be great too.

I travel for work and also have long days that lead into evenings- I use a lot of hair products, root boosters, dry shampoo, finishing sprays to stretch out days between washes. This cleans my scalp and product residue and smells so fresh ! Love it
