Apply Day Cream SPF 30 to clean, dry skin 15 minutes before sun exposure, spreading evenly over face and exposed areas. Reapply at least every 2 hours and after swimming, sweating, or towel drying. For No Sweat Body Defense, smooth onto clean, dry skin where chafing or irritation may occur, reapplying as needed throughout the day.
