Ulta delivered a broken bottle
Ulta loves to just toss expensive products in a giant box with zero protection, zero bubble wrap, zero paper, etc. My orders ALWAYS arrive with damaged products, including this extremely expensive bottle of Pattern Styling Cream. I had to throw the entire bottle out because it was cracked - so the cream was not only chunky from partially drying out, it just kept spillng everywhere trying to use it. Very disappointing and subpar.
