- Shampoo and Condition hair as usual.
- Then apply 2 pumps to clean, damp hair.
- Add more as needed based on hair length, texture, and level of damage.
- Comb through. Do not rinse out.
- For best results, wait 10 minutes before applying other treatments or stylers and blow dry.
- Product does not require heat but you will see best results with heat activation.
- Use weekly.

I had to open the top and pour a little in my hand. The cream smelled really good and I used it after I washed my hair. My hair felt soft and healthy. I would use again.

Living Proof Triple Bond Complex Leave-In Hair Treatment is a lightweight formula that has helped strengthen my hair, reduce frizz, and improve shine. The bond-building technology reinforced hair structure and without making my hair feel greasy or heavy. I have fine to medium hair.
