Gel Eye Liner
This is the first time I've used this eyeliner and I truly love it. It glides on very easily and you can have a thin or thick line applied. It does last all day long, too. Highly recommend.
Finally!
I have used Stila liquid liner for several years, but this is the first time I've purchased the Waterproof Gel Liner. I was skeptical about trying this as I've tried gel liners before and they always irritated my eyes. I was stunned when I finally tried the gel liner! It went on easily with excellent pigmentation and was long wearing. The best part was I had ZERO irritation! I'll be purchasing again in other colors.
Smears, not waterproof, no longevity.
It absolutely smears and never sets. It doesn't stay on the waterline nor does it hold up to very mild tearing or sweat. I genuinely don't understand the positive reviews.
