Best eyeliner on the market
Im very picky about eyeliner and all of my favorites have been discontinued over the years. Im so glad i decided to try stila. I bought 3 colors and i love them all. The formula is exactly what i wanted. I need creaminess for application, but i need it to set down so it stays put. These check all the boxes. They glide on like butter and stay opaque and vibrant, but you can also smudge them if wanted. They DO set down, which is a good thing because they will last all day, so you do have to work quickly. Tip: if you have hazel eyes, "lionfish bronze" is stunning and brings out the green!

I consider myself a very savvy and adept makeup user and I just cannot get this liner to "work." It skips as a liner; blends out to the point of disappearing; color intensity is disappointing. I don't know. Just don't get the hype. I'm sad.
