I absolutely love this hair dryer! The best one I have used by far! The different attachments work wonderfully, and the cold setting on this hair dryer is incredible! I do dye my hair, so being able to use a hair dryer that won't cause beat damage is crucial! Not to mention, this hair is incredibly lightweight and so easy to use and easy to swap attachments!

Awful. Thought it would be like the Dyson. It is not. It is VERY loud and high pitch and burns as there is no cool setting. Directly turns on to the highest mode automatically. The handle even becomes hot while using it. My ears are still ringing for having dried my hair an hour ago. Now according to Sharks policy i have to hand write a letter to them stating why I'm returning this trash + I have to call them to ask for a prepaid label. Don't waste your time on this product and company.

This is a very impressive hair dryer! Compared to my Babyless, this dries my hair in half the time, with less heat damage. I would say the noise level is average. One of the subtle features that I appreciate the most is that my hair never got sucked into the intake. A feature I wish it had was a swivel cord. I would think a professional grade item would have a cord the swivel to avoid tangling. I purchased the diffuser for my curly hair and now I use it every wash day.

I'm a hair stylist, I bought this as my at-home blow dryer. It is so loud and high pitch my ears hurt after one use. I will be not using again.
