Curlsmith diffuser has been uniquely designed to work for all different curl types and diffusing methods.
PIXIE DIFFUSING Makes curl pattern tighter and bouncier. Great for wavy hair. Cup your hair into the diffuser bowl and hold for a couple of seconds close to your scalp. Continue in sections until the whole head is dry.
HOVER DIFFUSING Sets curls in place and minimizes frizz. Great for curly hair. Hover the diffuser around your head, without touching the curls. Start close to the roots and then proceed towards the lengths until all is dry.
STRETCH DIFFUSING Stretches curl pattern to appear longer. Great for coily hair Gently pull a section of your hair and dry with the diffuser close to the central part. The more you repeat it, the more stretched it will be.

Pretty Good
Bought this to dry my hair faster. I have very fine, wavy hair that I like to diffuse. I loved this dryer, but it's kind of heavy. I like to leave it on its side on a table and just maneuver myself around it. It works great. I also take it with me on trips. Highly recommended.
Completely changed my hairstyling for the better
I used to wash my hair at night and go to bed with a wet head to avoid frizz. Blowdrying made my curls SO frizzy and damaged-looking that I just hardly ever did it. Enter the Defrizzion and its massive diffuser! Bar none, the largest diffuser in existence, it takes a whole clump of my curly hair and dries it beautifully into a mass of shiny, frizz-free, gorgeous curls! When the attachment end of my diffuser went bad (not sure how to describe it except the tread wore away where it attached to the end of the blow-dryer), I looked online and at several different Ulta stores to replace it without any luck. Finally I reached out to Curlsmith. They apologized, said they'd reach out to the manufacturer of the diffuser and replace it promptly and without a charge. Within 10 days I had a replacement that's been working beautifully for about 3 years now. I've used the dryer every time I've washed my hair and even on low heat with just some leave-in conditioner or curl reviver spray to refresh my style. It works better than any other dryer I've owned. Worth every dime and dollar!
way too expensive to die in less than 2 years
I thought this was an excellent dryer for my short to medium length 3b hair, primarily due to the giant diffuser. Dryer only worth about $40 at most though, and diffuser definitely still not worth the rest.
very large diffuser
I have tight-wavy, waist length hair with a few random spots that form spiral curls.. like mermaid style. I wash every 3-4 days. I typically air dry my hair but if I need to look presentable in a hurry, this is great to have. The extra large diffuser actually holds most of my hair.
