it dries my hair fast and effectively. although noise is high pitch, it is tolerable. Hair softness after dried can be compared to Dyson hair dryer

I have had this for a while now and there are mostly pros. I bought this for the round brush attachment. If you are going to do the same I think you should get the flex not this style dryer. It's a very awkward angle

My Dyson hair dryer went out in me after having it for 4 years so I figured I would give the Shark a try since it was half the cost and a top competitor for the Dyson. Overall I am unimpressed by the Shark, with the exception of the lightweight design and heat control settings. In comparison the Sharks attachments are annoying to put on and take off while styling, where the Dyson was magnetic. The on switch is in an awkward spot at the bottom and as a mom who constantly has kids in and out of the bathroom trying to talk to me while I get ready turning it on and off is very inconvenient. The plug in cord is much shorter than the Dyson. Noise level is louder than the Dyson. I have very curly hair and I feel like this blow dryer leaves my hair dry and frizzy where the Dyson was straight and sleek. Overall dry time is about the same.
This hair dryer changed my life
I know that sounds dramatic. But it has done for me what none of my other basic dryers have done before. I also tried some nice ones. Like the T3 and the brush dryer. I have awkward curls. They areny cute so i have had to straighten my hair after every shower. I hace never found a dryer that allows me to skip that process. Im not a paid rep and i hate seeing reveiwqs like this bc usually they are manipulated or exagerated. But im a real person with hair damage and weird wavy hair. This dryer (of all things) has made my hair style the way i want, leaves it shiny and less damged feeling. Im amazed. I dont normally leave a review unless its reall bad OR really good.
Beware of a huge design flaw.

Don't waste your money on any of the brush attachments. First off, the brushes spin, making impossible to grab your hair. Secondly, with the right angle, it is totally impossible to use on your hair. So disappointing.
