I received the Lolavie speed dry heat protectant to review. I have very fine (and after a lot of recent loss, thin) hair. I struggle to find any heat protectants that don't feel heavy or sticky or leave my hair oily looking. This is completely unnoticeable when I use it! I have used it on both wet hair before drying and dry hair before styling and I never notice any residual residue with either application. I can't say if I notice a difference in the speed my hair dries when I use it, but my hair dries pretty quickly on its own. Someone with thicker hair may notice more of a difference. The only thing I don't love is the scent. It's not over-powering but I just don't love the way it smells BUT the smell doesn't seem to linger after styling so it's easy to over look. Overall, I would highly recommend this product and will repurchase when I run out.

I have fine 3C/4A and I always use a heat protectant when I blow dry my hair to stretch it and also when I periodically flat iron my hair. I used the LoLaVie spray after my wash day when I blow dried it, and two days later when I straightened it. I don't know if I noticed a difference in the amount of time it took to dry my hair but I did like the feel of my hair using the product. There was no build up or heavy weight on my hair afterwards. And my hair did feel soft after use and the fragrance is light and pleasant. I would definitely use again and add to my seasonal regimen.

I love how incredibly fine the mist is and the fact that it includes heat protection. It didn't weigh down my hair and it layered well under my styling products. However, I have curly 3B hair and didn't notice a decrease in frizz or faster diffusing times. I'm wondering if the drying time could be because of the creams/gels I style my hair with before drying. I imagine it would work a lot better for someone who does blowouts or might have a looser/finer hair texture. **Thanks LolaVie for the free sample in exchange for my review
