I've used this product for more than 10 years and the way it arrived to me this time gave me pause. Dirty bottle. Cap broken. Oozed cleanser dried up into a nice goo all the way around it. One sample product tossed haphazardly into the shipping box to accompany it. Back in the day, Fresh was a beautiful brand. Whatever you ordered came wrapped in matching tissue paper. I'm sure this is cost prohibitive - and probably always was. But, this was sooo far on the other end of the spectrum. Sure, I'll use my soy face cleanser. It will work as beautifully as it always has. But, the experience of receiving it was really disappointing and made me wonder where else corners were being cut and standards were being left behind.

A long-time favorite. I used this in Sub-Saharan Africa when my face was just weary. It lifts one's spirits as it soothes the skin. I use it now here at home when my skin is dry or sun-damaged. It is a special treat to carry this on long overseas flights for that bit of refreshment a person needs after sleeping sitting upright!

I've been using this product for years, and love it because it's especially kind to my reactive skin. The large pump is a great value; with two washes daily, it lasts almost six months. I bring the smaller tubes with me on vacation. No discernible fragrance--perfect for me. .

Burned my skin when I used the product and left me with redness. It's been a struggle with the return process as well. Customer service sent me a return label addressed to me instead of the company, after multiple calls to them I have to answer a verbal survey to actually receive the return label. I definitely won't place another order with fresh ever again.
