After shampooing, gently massage Soulfood Nourishing Mask through wet hair from roots to ends. Leave the mask on for 5-7 minutes then rinse. Use Soulfood as a weekly treatment or an everyday conditioner. For even more moisture, blend in 2-3 pumps of Water Sign Hydrating Oil to Soulfood then apply.

I have thin and fine hair that is damaged, this changed my hair. I use this and K18 when I get out of the shower. If you feel lost on what to use I would high recommend trying this.
Nice hair mask
I like it. It smells nice and made my hair feel really soft and hydrated. Im giving 4 stars cause i think its pricey but its a nice mask overall.

Hair Type Wavy Hair
This mask smells amazing. I know this isn't what the directions say but I put it on my dry hair before washing and leave on for a few minutes to even an hour or so if I get busy working on something. Then I wash and condition as usual and my hair is so soft and stays smooth looking, manageable, tangle free until next time. My hair is pretty curly if air dried, if I brush it out it turns more wavy. I generally straighten it with flat iron. Have tried other masks the same way but they don't work as well. I like most of the Amika products and they all smell so good.
