Finally, a sunscreen that focuses on skincare

I received the Beekman 1802 Solar Milk for free in exchange for an honest review. Overall, I loved this product. The pump dispensed a clear gel that absolutely melted into my skin. It absorbed so fast and wasn't greasy at all. My face looked and felt velvety smooth, luminous but matte enough to imme...

Bottle is a ¼ of the way full out of the box..deceptive..

This packaging stands out with its unique and aesthetically pleasing design. However, I'm a bit confused by the size; while it's marketed as 1.69 fluid oz., the actual size of the bottle is much bigger and you can clearly see that this bottle is only a quarter of the way full (you can tell in the ph...

Good, in a weird way?

Have been using this for almost a month now, and here are my final thoughts. It is similar in texture to the supergoop sunscreen. How ever the consistency it's a bit runnier. I do find it to be leaning more on the oily side. So if you have dryer sking, this will be a pefect gem for you. I do want to clarify that I have combination skin with a more oily T-Zone. It is very acne prone skin friendly, non-clogging, which not a lot of sunscreens are. I wear (and re apply) this almost every day for 12hrs+ at least 5 days a week and not a breakout since. It also wears very nicely under make up with as a primer, but sadly it does break apart the makeup around my nose area (for me atleast). With all that said, the formula is actually one of the best ones I've tried by far having so much protection and being so non- comedogenic. But sadly I just have much of an oily for it right for what ai need it for.

Best transparent sunscreen for oily skin

This is equivalent of the Supergoop invisible sunscreen BUT for oily skin I wanted to like the supergoop because of its transparent colour, but it would just sit on top of my skin like a grease layer and I hated it, and this sunscreen solves all of that! It gets abosrbed into your skin asap - and doesnt make your skin look greasy Skip the supergoop for this!

I bought this because they were out of the milk primer — Never had an issue with the milk primer which has SPF 35. I MAJORLY REGRET BUYING THIS INSTEAD. This stuff feels like it is absorbing (which, the finish is amazing but the end result was horrific for me), but like any other sunscreen, it still sits on the surface of your skin. I applied it then went for an active walk/run. I started sweating and it immediately melted down into my eyes and BURNED. FOR. HOURS. NO MATTER HOW MUCH I FLUSHED MY EYES. I had to pour my water bottle into my eyes I was so desperate. I was running home with my eyes squinting so much, involuntarily crying looking like an absolute maniac the last mile. Same thing happened when I washed my face in the shower a couple days later because apparently I didn't learn my lesson — I didn't realize it was the sunscreen until it was too late. I thought I was going to lose my eyesight, I'm not even joking or being hyperbolic here. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE EYES AND ARE ACTIVE/PRONE TO SWEATING/WASH YOUR FACE DAILY. ANYTHING INVOLVING IT BEING RINSED ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR EYES.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I have been searching for nearly a decade for an incredible sunscreen. That doesn't feel greasy and doesn't smell. This is by far the best product I have tried. It does not feel greasy and goes well under makeup!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

I love Beekman products. I really do. But this was a gigantic miss. First-the pump was crap. It took a gazillion pumps (OK—exaggeration) to get even a fraction of the recommended amount. Second-this never dried down. My face felt sticky all day. Third-I have allergies and my eyes water. The sunscreen ran in my eyes and burned like crazy. I tried this twice and returned. Instead, buy The Ordinary's new sunscreen. It's MUCH better at a fraction of the price.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
