It's hard to tell if a product is actually preventing / helping the looks of aging (how do you know what fine lines, etc you would've gotten had you NOT used the product?), so I can't really review on that. If I could choose only one eye cream, it would be this one!
This eye cream has a very pleasant texture and it feels weightless on skin while providing a nice level Of moisturizing. My eyes are super sensitive, but I've never had a single problem with it. Got it for myself and for my mom - she's in love with it, too!
