First eye product I'm actually re-buying
The TLDR: comparatively very cheap, actually works to smooth out and blur wrinkles and fine lines, and a little goes a long way so it lasts for a long time I've tried dozens of different eye gels, creams, serums, and moisturizers from tons of brands at varying price points. I was immediately surprised by how well this actually worked. Many eye moisturizers feel very nice and refreshing going on but once they dry it's like they were never there. With this, it only takes a tiny amount to cover the entire under eye area and next to the eye (crows feet land). The gel goes on smooth, not tacky, and dries to a soft finish that isn't sticky or greasy. I fairly instantly see my under-eye bags, fine lines, and crows feet disappear. I don't really have dark circles, so I can't speak to any brightening effect as that isn't a goal of mine. I have not had any issues with breaking out from this gel, which is a problem I've had with greasier products. After multiple days of use, my lines are much less noticeable, even after waking up as the product has improved the overall hydration around my eyes. When I forget to use it, I really notice a difference in how dry the skin around my eyes gets.

They are inexpensive products and do a good job; you notice the difference from the first week.
"Feels like Vaseline "
I didn't much care for this product, it felt black.I was putting vaseline under my eyes? There wasn't that silky music field to it.It felt just like straight up.Vaseline , and hasn't really done anything for me under the eyes. I don't have dark circles or anything, but just a few wrinkles.Not many , but it didn't even hydrate those. Just my opinion.
Doesn't do jack
You might as well just use it to moisturize your eyes, but if your hope with this is to brighten your eyes, then you might want to take it out you cart. If you feel like it's "brightening" your eyes then it's probably just the placebo effect
Great Under Makeup
I really like this product. It has a silky gel texture that sinks into skin really well. You only need a small amount of product to spread over the entire eye area. It leaves my skin feeling really hydrated and soft and has been working really well as a base under makeup. I don't really have wrinkles yet but I do get what I think are dehydration lines under my eyes and this product has been great for those.
