Start with clean skin, then mist on the SMAS Lifting Collagen Ampoule Mist (sold separately) or apply a water-based serum to boost conductivity for maximum results. Secure the band by fastening the long strap over the top of your head and the bottom strap behind your neck, place the power pods where you want them and press and hold the power button on both remotes to start. Adjust intensity to your comfort and let the 10-minute session run---the device shuts off automatically when complete. Finish with your usual skin care. For best results, use 3--5 times per week; each session is 10 minutes so it slips easily into your routine.
