of all of the melatonin i've had in my life, this has been the best. somehow i'm able to get a full nights sleep in half the time with these which i can't with other melatonin, works well for me!

These are no joke, i took about 3/4's of it and slept for 12 hours.... and i still feel tired!!! Glad to know they really work but man maybe only take half or less, seriously
