Shake well before use. Saturate a cotton pad with the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water for Waterproof Makeup. To Remove Eye Makeup: Hold pad over closed eyes for a few seconds, then gently wipe away makeup without harsh rubbing. To Cleanse Skin & Remove Face Makeup:Gently wipe pad all over face until skin is clean and makeup and impurities are removed. Use daily. No need to rinse.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Amazing product I've been using it since I was 12 it's so gentle and has never made me break out.
Better than I expected!
I don't usually go for miceller water, I prefer a double cleanse. That said, I am disabled, and there are days I can't do standing in the bathroom or bending over the sink. So I bought the mini size version of this to keep in my bedside table for emergencies. I used my "Makeup Eraser" brand cloth, drenched in thos cleanser, and it took a full face off. While double cleansing is the only surefire way to get rid of remnant makeup/sunscreen, this is an accesible option! And much preferable to makeup wipes, this water cleanser is so much less irritating and feels less stripping.

Removes waterproof mascara well
I'd give it 5 stars if it didn't irritate my eyelids a bit.
Gave me eyelid eczema, unfortunately.
They must have changed the formula or my 29 year old skin cannot handle this type of product. I can pinpoint exactly when I bough the product to when I started getting eyelind eczema (my first time ever, btw). VERY dry skin around my eyes, red and irritated, itchy too. It does remove your eye makeup, but also strips everything else on the skin. Never purchasing again, and sticking to a remover melting balm instead.
