Shake well before use. Saturate a cotton pad with the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water for Waterproof Makeup. To Remove Eye Makeup: Hold pad over closed eyes for a few seconds, then gently wipe away makeup without harsh rubbing. To Cleanse Skin & Remove Face Makeup:Gently wipe pad all over face until skin is clean and makeup and impurities are removed. Use daily. No need to rinse.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Best product to remove water make up
AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!¡
I wear a decent amount of makeup and it takes it ALL off and sunscreen and dirt/oil. It also takes off all mascara that I've tried, but I don't wear waterproof mascara because it's horrible for your eyes but I've heard it takes that off to. It doesn't bother my skin and I have EXTREMELY dry and sensitive skin. It is amazing and I love both of the formulas. I would definitely recommend for everyone and especially people with sensitive and/or dry skin. I will always use this!!! GO BUY THIS PLEASE, IT WILL CHANGE YOUR SKIN!!!!
Favorite Micellar Water
This is the one that does the trick for me. It removes anything and doesn't feel like it just sits on my skin afterward. While I prefer to rinse my face after using, there are plenty of days that I run short on time and just use this, with no issues.
I would buy this product again
This Garnier micellar cleansing water works great and does indeed remove my waterproof mascara! It also did a good job of removing the dirt and grime the collected on my face throughout the day. Would highly recommend and would buy again for sure!
