Shake well before use. Saturate a cotton pad with the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water for Waterproof Makeup. To Remove Eye Makeup: Hold pad over closed eyes for a few seconds, then gently wipe away makeup without harsh rubbing. To Cleanse Skin & Remove Face Makeup:Gently wipe pad all over face until skin is clean and makeup and impurities are removed. Use daily. No need to rinse.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Removes waterproof mascara well
I'd give it 5 stars if it didn't irritate my eyelids a bit.
Gave me eyelid eczema, unfortunately.
They must have changed the formula or my 29 year old skin cannot handle this type of product. I can pinpoint exactly when I bough the product to when I started getting eyelind eczema (my first time ever, btw). VERY dry skin around my eyes, red and irritated, itchy too. It does remove your eye makeup, but also strips everything else on the skin. Never purchasing again, and sticking to a remover melting balm instead.
Not for me, it does remove waterproof makeup
So I have been using this on and off for 4 years. I have chronic dry eyes and bloodshot eyes and finally after stopping using this product my eyes cleared up. After stopping all skincare and slowly inducing products back one at a time this is what was chasing my eyes being to become bloodshot and dry. It didn't matter if the bottle was new, it was not expired. I tried different version of the Garnier and all make my eyes bloodshot and dry. I can't recommend this product. The only plus side is, it can remove all the makeup waterproof or not. I would get something from k-beauty skincare. I seem to have less issues than anything Garnier makes.
Good makeup remover
It take off a lot of makeup using just one cotton pad. I will say your face may feel oily if you dont shake the bottle, once you shake it really well, it comes off better.
