I have been getting really into vitamins lately in an effort to take better care of myself, and this has been a nice addition to my routine. I love that it tackles two of my biggest problem areas—skin and digestion—with both pre and probiotic. I am very acne-prone and while I haven't noticed a big difference in my acne yet, I do feel like my face feels more moisturized in dry areas and overall looks brighter and healthier. I think as time goes on, this will make my skin less acne prone. The more visible changes have been in my digestion. I really think this is making a difference already in how I feel after I eat. Hum gifted me the skin squad pre+probiotics. I have noticed a big difference in my skin and my stomach feels so much better. I like that is no artificial colors, vegan, non GMOs, gluten free. Just take 2 capsules daily, so easy.

Complimentary from hum. These are pretty easy to take. They don't make me feel nauseous like some tend to. I haven't had as many breakouts while taking these which is really nice. I haven't dry skin normally and these did not make my skin feel drier. I really enjoyed taking these.
