This product pulls my hair , not impressed
This hair straightener pulls my hair and does not leave it frizz free nor silky shiny like it says. And I use all salon named hair products and heat protection. I am extremely upset and not happy about it. Also it says you can pick what texture of hair you have and I never could get the button for that setting to work.
Waste of money
I bought this with high hopes and am regurning it after one use. My curls didnt even hold, my hair is frizzy (i have naturally fine, soft, straight hair), and my hair did NOT glide through easily. I have flat iron stripes all over my hair because my hair couldnt pass through smoothly. The curl feature was useless and didnt even curl my hair. Im so frustrated at how expensive this was for such poor performance. My previous $40 revlon flat iron worked far better
Stopped working
When i first got this flat iron i loved it, it worked and smoothed my hair very nicely, but it was always annoying to change the heat setting to higher or lower. But now after 2 years exactly it stopped working conpletely , waste of money!

It just stopped working, i tried to call customer service but no response
It was okay before it broke
I never truly loved this flat iron. It pulled my hair but it did do its job. It got hot. I had to hold the button down a long time to turn it on. I have had it for 2 years exactly and it today it completely stopped working. I turn it on and it turns on for about 10 seconds and then shuts off. I will be looking for a different brand this next time.
