Almost feels like their Organization Oil! I have used a decent amount of Chi© products through the years, some I love, and others I have totally not loved at all, I got a terrible haircut about 4 years ago and then proceeded to become ill with mono & shingles. My hair went from being long, strong, thick, coarse, and gorgeous, to easily damaged, countless split ends, very fine, thinning, and near impossible to grow past my shoulder.
I now have HotHeads© tape-in extensions, to cover my hair while I have, (and continue to) discover products to revive my hair to what it was. (I mean I'm only 26 as it is, these hair issues shouldn't start yet anyway says my stylist), so my go to's being Kerastase Ciment Thermique blow dry cream, Kerastase Fibre Architechte (for dry to damaged ends)/ Kerastase Serum Therapiste (for extremely dry/damaged, over-processed ends). The less damaged is a dual serum, and more damaged, is called a dual serum, but one side contains serum, and the other contains a cream. Both heat protectants, but after using them for almost a year, the difference they've made in my hair is unbelievable, when I run out and have to use a different heat protectant, my hair always feels dry and like it's about to snap at any moment. You can use these on wet and dry hair, as you're supposed to use almost immediately before any heat styling (especially flat iron, or curling) from the midshaft to especially your ends, and my hair feels so much better, so soft and smooth and protected. I will never stop using them. They're pricey, but it truly saves your hair from any styling damage.
Whether I air dry, or blow dry it straight, I've found that using Chi© Silk Infusion, then applying a small amount of the Chi© Argan Oil, keeps hair so smooth and soft, and then using the oil to retain the moisture so it lasts all day, makes my hair super silky. Just dont use too much. I usually wait to use 'til the day after I've washed my hair bc it's still super soft day of washing.
Terrible New Formula I used to adore this product. I have been using it religiously for about 6 years, but they recently changed the formula and it's terrible. The old formula was Gold hued, smelled delicious, and absorbed into the hair and smoothed like a dream. This new formulation is clear, smells moldy almost, and just coats the hair in grease. I have not changed my hair routine so it's certainly not interacting with any other products (it's the only styling product I use, actually). I am really really disappointed because this used to be my holy grail for tackling my curls, and I didn't mind spending $40 a bottle. Now it's useless and I've read a lot of reviews by people who are just as disappointed as me. I definitely won't recommend this product to anyone anymore. I just really hope I can find a suitable replacement....

Makes me hair so shiny and gives it the just left salon look.
Works very well—strong scent. 4

Hair spray works super well. Only complaints is that when sprayed, I feel like it's such a harsh spray, but not that big of a deal. Biggest "issue" is the strong scent—do NOT recommend for people sensitive to strong perfumes or scents in general… after a few seconds of straight spraying it's in my nose for 30 seconds. That's the only thing that might make me get another hairspray.

The last time I had this serum was like 6 years ago and I loved it then. Now it's like everything in it is weaker and less effective. That lovely scent it used to have is barely there now (people probably complained, they always do). It seems thinner in consistancy. It takes a lot for me to even notice a slight difference with it. Less shine, less scent, less consistancy. It's just so disappointing now. It was perfect the way it was IMO.
Definitely leaves your hair smooth 5
