Holy refresh, Batman!
I was going to do a wash day today, but I spotted this in the back of my cabinet and said, "meh, why not? Im going to wash it out anyway" and proceeded to spritz it a few times (like 2) on my frizz and dead curls on the left side of my head. I forgot how much I like this spray, but now I remember!...

Stringy Curls
I love other Curlsmith products but this just didn't work for me. I wanted to love it! I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong? The main reason I need to refresh my fine, med porosity/density, course-surface-textured 3b/c curls is FRIZZ, much of which is due to the fact that my hair becomes parche...

Bring back the moisture memory curl reactivator
For some reason, CurlSmith got rid of the moisture memory curl reactivator and came up with new formulas and different names. I don't like any of them. This product is way too heavy and greasy for a refresh.
Not the same as the old reactivator
Curlsmith stopped making their curl reactivator so i tried this new product and hate it. Its way too heavy and greasy. Does not reactivate curls. Please bring hack the old product!
Holy refresh, Batman!
I was going to do a wash day today, but I spotted this in the back of my cabinet and said, "meh, why not? Im going to wash it out anyway" and proceeded to spritz it a few times (like 2) on my frizz and dead curls on the left side of my head. I forgot how much I like this spray, but now I remember! When I say that I watched my curls and waves smooth and shrink back into day one shape, I'm not exaggerating. I went from thinking i needed to do a wash day to being like, ok, let me do the other side so I can just take a nice soak in the tub instead of dealing with my hair for an hour before work. My curls were glossy, defined, and not frizzy at all. I will say that the scent, a floral honey scent, is not for everyone. I like it, but only because it's not TOO honey-ish. If it was any stronger or more honey-like, I would hate it. Also, it is VERY concentrated. I like that for quickness and easiness of use, but if you have a softer hair finish or more shiny or oily hair, this should be used very sparingly or not later in your in between wash day cycle. I used a little too much today, and my hair looks greasy up in a pomytail. However, it's not terrible, and it looks much better than before I sprayed. In any case, even if this isn't for everyone, it is a quality product that many could enjoy. I will be reintroducing this into my hair routine and will definitely repurchase when I run out.
Didn't work for looser curls
Hair Type Very Curly Hair
Really wanted to love this product- bought it as soon as it was released. It did not work for me. I have looser, defined curls. I was hoping to use it for volumizing and reviving my hair after wash days, but it made my hair feel stringy and actually made my curls lose volume. The "shine" effect mostly made my hair look greasy. It also does NOT smell good.
Great refreshing mist! I buy it over and over
Hair Type Very Curly Hair
This is the best refresher I have found! Others have been to sticky and that results in frizz unless I also use water and diffuse (which to me, defeats the purpose of a refresh!). Not this one! It smooths frizz, encourages curls to clump and adds shine. A little goes a long way (too much can feel greasy and leave a residue on bathroom surfaces). I have found the best application is to go by section and apply by first spray in my palm, then apply with praying hands.

Would this be good for 2A/2B hair? My hair gets weighed down easily with heavy creams and gels.
