Poor Packaging
I purchased this online when they were on sale. I didnt use it until my previous shampoo was empty. Not long after putting it in the shower, I noticed that it had a cut through it behind the label where a box cutter must have nicked it. The shampoo proceeded to leak all over the shower. It made a mess each time I tried to use it, and I lost most of the product. They would not exchange despite having proof of purchase.

I have had an itchy, scabby scalp for years. I have tried dandruff shampoos, prescription shampoos, moisturizing shampoos, and have spent way too much money on all of these products. Finally, I think I may have found something that may work and that I can continue to use. It hasn't completely cleared my scalp, but the itch is gone and some of the areas have cleared up.
