Burned
Ive used numerous detoxifying scalp products and i wouldnt say my scalp is sensitive. I only kept it on for 5 mins and when i rinsed it out it burned soo bad it freaked me out. I decided to try this product randomly as the Living Proof is great but pretty expensive. I tried it twice and hated it…almost threw it away. I have straight, fine, highlighted hair and love anything that takes care of my (very slight) itchy scalp and makes it feel clean, light and full. The first few times my hair felt voluminous but heavy and just kinda gross. I decided to give it another try and shampooed twice, rather than once. Boy did that make a difference. You really need to get a good lather and at least for me, repeat. Even though it says to apply to wet hair, I apply to dry hair before the shower, just like my living proof rinse. I massage it all over my scalp and leave it on for about 10 to 20 min. Oh man it feels like heaven. It's cooling and just feels so good. The experience is half of it….obv results are the other half. I am so happy I decided to adjust what I was doing and gave it another shot.

I had a very itchy scalp, and i was looking for some relief. I tried this and wow, it felt so soothing and nice. After wasabd conditioning with the DERMA E products, my scalp feels so much better!

I love it personally, it feels invigorating. My hair also looks shinier, feels cleaner, and feels exfoliated of buildup. My head smells minty fresh and it overpowers whatever scent my shampoo and conditioner are, but thats not a nonissue for me.

The product works a a scalp rinse but the minty effect on your scalp is SO STRONG. Too strong for it to be a pleasant experience.
