Great product awful packaging
I want to be in love with this product. I have psorasis and it gets super bad on my scalp. This conditioner is one of the only things i have found that soothes the burning itchy sensation long term. The problem is the bottle is so hard its like doing a full body work out just to get it out of the bottle. Ive tried squeezing it between my knees, slamming it against things, and as it got about half full had to hold it against the wall and use my elbow to get anything out of it. When i had about 1/4 of the product left it brcame so impossible to get product out that i gave up and tossed it. I want to love this but they NEED to redo the packaging

This entire line is amazing and after literal years of truing products and not having good results, i finally found ones that work. Please never stop making and please never change the formula.

This conditioner is awesome! It feels so nice on my scalp, but please redesign the packaging. I have to take the top completely off of the conditioner to even get any to come out.

This conditioner is amazing. A little hard to get out of the container because it is very think, but worth the effort. The cooling sensation is amazing on my post-covid scalp! Worth every penny!

Are you able to use any other products instead of this product? Such as K18, Act+Acre Deep Conditioner once or twice a week? Also, does this deep cleansing and soothing moisturizer for my hair work with any serums that are used daily to lengthen/strengthen/increase hair to begin to grow again as well as stopping the hair fall out all the time. I've lost half of about half of my hair density since I had the last strange flu I caught the latest COVID strain. That makes it lucky #3 covid, 3 times you have mutated but my doctors/immune system or just plain stubbornness and it's too easy to get confused and not just because of the baby, but because of all the the sadness he will have to endure due to COVID and it's long lasting systems, mental health issues as apparently we will call you a lone.
