I have fine hair. It is highlighted. I feel like i can see my part much more easily and spots where my hair separates and can see my scalp. I do not have clumps coming out. Is this a product that would be beneficial for me?

Should I be shampooing, conditioning, and apply the third step everyday?

- Official Answer By Nioxin - Brand EngageWe appreciate you taking time to inquire about the use of your Nioxin product. Please utilize the following Manufacturer’s directions for our three step Nioxin systems. When using Nioxin we recommend for best results that you use all three products that make up our Nioxin systems daily. These products are the Nioxin Scalp Cleanser (Shampoo), Scalp Therapy (Conditioner) and Scalp Treatment. We realize that most do not wash their hair daily. However, please note you will still see the results, just not as quickly as those who wash their hair daily. 1. Apply shampoo on damp hair and scalp. Give your scalp and hair a good cleaning prior to rinsing. 2. Next, apply conditioner onto scalp and hair. Massage onto scalp and pull through the length of the hair leaving on for up to 3-minutes. Rinse. 3. Towel dry your hair. Once you have towel dried your hair, shake the Hair Treatment, apply onto the scalp, and gently massage over areas of concern or entire scalp. You will only need 3-4 pumps for the entire scalp. Follow up by gently combing through hair. You should not wash the Hair Treatment out; simply dry and style as usual. Do not use the scalp and hair treatment on days you do not shampoo. Should you have any other questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us. After a few months, I can see a difference!
I used Nioxin shampoo and conditioner a few times a week for several years but didn't really notice a difference in how much hair I was ahedding daily. This Fall Defense shampoo made an instant difference in the amount of hair i shed daily and in the shower. Instead of picking up a few hundred hairs out if the drain, I pick up about 20. I also have regrowth all over my head, and can see the three and four inch hairs all over my head. My ponytail is thicker, and my hair has more body. I lost a lot of volume the last few years, after an extended illness, and after using this shampoo for four months, I'm a believer.

Ive been on a scalp care mission….this shampoo removes all crap / oil from my scalp….the best part is that it does so without stripping my hair! Multiple hair-growth support ingredients.
